We wanted to observe how other European colleagues work, discuss with them, learn and enrich ourselves with their experiences in a collaborative dimension. We also wanted to train ourselves on new didactic strategies in different European training centers in order to further motivate our students who are absent or who drop out of the school system and do not manage to complete the compulsory education provided for in our country.
We applied for this project because, at the beginning, we counted, college and primary schools, improuve ourselves through training in Europe and through different job-shadowings with the aim of acquiring new pedagogical strategies that allow us to implement new systems that promote student learning, fight against school dropout, lack of student motivation and compensate educational inequalities among students in our reinforced priority education network.
