Objectives

A training programme has been collectively built with our European partners. This scheme was aimed at all staff and particularly targeted the territories least open to the international scene, and groups with the least opportunities. This Erasmus+ academic training plan is divided into 8 modules and focuses on the analysis of practice and the observation of our partners' innovative systems and devices, piloting, internationalisation and mobility for all. The trainees prepared for European training as part of an overall programme. More than 60 primary school teachers, 60 secondary shool teachers, including many European section teachers and 30 managers (pedagogical advisers and continuing training, heads of schools or inspectors) were to take part in these training courses. Because of the Covid crisis, only a little more than half of the planned mobilities could be completed before the end of the project. This training plan is part of a long-term project; in 2022, our accreditation will extend the consortium's systemic impact objectives: - building an Erasmus culture - sharing good practices - spreading the consortium approach

Background

MOB5 is an extension of the MOB2 (MOBilisation de tous pour la mobilité de tous) programmes led by the Academy from 2015 to 2017, MOB 18 led in 2017-2018 and MOB2020. For the past 7 years, the Academy of Montpellier has been implementing a proactive internationalisation policy. The preparatory phase raised the stakes, the training with our partners was the subject of restitution. All participants received training in the European project approach and practice analysis in complex intercultural environments. Some 20 primary school teachers, 50 secondary school teachers including many European section teachers and 16 managers (pedagogical advisors and developpment officers, heads of schools or inspectors) participated in these trainings.
