Objectives

Communication and exchange of good practice through observation within the exchanges between staff in Europe The promotion of courses of study, student mobility - feedback in schools and communication. The pooling of experience between institutions in the consortium and the pooling of databases and host sites (thus avoiding the need for intermediary structures): a 'host network' shared by the majority of consortium members The implementation of an experiment concerning long training courses leading to certification The promotion of Europe and the image of Europe within the academy and the Rectorate -the project being registered as a lever of the academic project for the period 2017/20-. The synergy and legibility of a joint action between establishments from different fields and departments has created an academic European dynamic in the professional field. This has contributed to the added value of the mobilities for the students (the primary target audience). For the staff, it means taking into account a European necessity in their approach of development, skills and relations. For the schools, international mobility allows the enhancement of the value of their courses ( pathway) of study and of their students

Background

Since 2013, we have been voluntarily developing an action in , and for vocational high schools in order to promote and built a philosphy of internationalisation and Europe, both for staff and students. This is done in order to 'rehabilitate' the image of the vocational pathway for the whole school community and, above all, for the students. Mobility is one of the key elements in re-establishing school links and consequently in combating school drop-out. On the basis of these objectives shared by the members of the consortium, the consensual aspirations in the approach can be summarised as follows, for pupils (as a priority) and staff -To give a European character to the training courses with, in particular, the recognition of formation time in another educational system in Europe- our experimentation was done in Spain (ECVET model) -To improve the language skills, particularly oral skills, of pupils and staff -For pupils, to complete their technical learning in a European cultural and entrepreneurial environment. -To generate a European dynamic, enabling partnerships for schools -Mobility as a determining factor in further study. -To generate a framework for cooperation and networking between European professionals
