We wanted our participants to succeed in: - discovering a new country / region -adapting to the culture and traditions of this country -discovering places of professional practice -Disinhibiting fears and beliefs about the stranger -developing autonomy -developing self-confidence - taking responsibility - leading to more impactful professional projects for their future. - having professional qualifications that are attractive for the job market (in particular thanks to the Europass). For our organization, we wanted to continue promoting: -the attractiveness of our training courses by offering internships abroad - the regional visibility - the cohesion and teamwork of teachers
Our organization applied to this project because we had already carried out various applications in the past and this always had a positive impact on the participants. We therefore wanted to renew an application in order to allow our students to have a chance to do an internship abroad, in order to broaden their horizons but also to work on different social and professional skills.
