In spite of the health crisis which forced us to cancel the planned mobility in March 2020 to Denmark and Ireland, we actually sent our second year European Section students to the Czech Republic, and the final year students to Denmark. We aimed at providing our learners varied European mobility experiences in which professional, language and cultural diversity appears as positively rewarding, thanks to this sharing of knowledge and skills. In addition, we have been committed for several years to the international development and the influence of our institution, which presents itself as a major educational and formative axis of action. Our organisation has built up projects for more than ten years, thus allowing our students to discover the benefits of these mobilities in terms of perspective, tolerance, adaptability, and independence. The same goes for the success of the bachelor's degree ‘Culinary Production Organization and "Marketing and Services in Restaurants’ for all students who have benefited from a training session in Denmark in 2019 and who are now pursuing their courses in BTS Management in Hotel and Restaurant services.
n spite of the Covid pandemic, our various and successful collaborations with Czech, and Danish hosting organizations have been providing a favourable context for the completion and sustainability of our project. These quality partnerships were born and nurtured through common goals of exchange and transmission, and are intended to be continued. We wanted to offer our learners the opportunity to broaden their horizons and perspectives, on cultural and professional grounds, through this sharing of knowledge and skills. We were also keen to participate in the international development and the influence of our institution, as a major educational and formative axis. The integration of European mobility in the training of young people in the restaurant and catering industry therefore remains an obvious necessity for us.
