The visits, courses and training planned in Italy as part of the Pour Entreprendre project aimed to give our team more knowledge and skills to enable it to better support our target in a process of social and professional integration improving their employability. and initiative In addition, the aim was to transfer the knowledge acquired relating to the Italian project studied. All this is inspired by the model applied by our Italian partner and focused on the value of work, the transmission of a taste for effort, active participation, encouragement to take individual and collective initiative by young people in great difficulty, family, social, economic, geographic.
Since 2015, the Viramonde association has been carrying out international mobility actions within the framework of the Erasmus + Youth program. Our actions are mainly aimed at young people in integration (neither in employment, neither in training, nor in internship) residing in landlocked and isolated territories and aim to improve the employability and initiative of these groups. Our team needed to improve skills in supporting our target, particularly in the field of learning how to behave.
