Our objectives are precise and were developed during the application : First, about learners : Developing foreign language skills. Opening up to others and the world. Acquiring new professional skills. Gaining maturity and autonomy. Second, about adults : A better understanding of the difficulties and the added value of transnational mobility, as well as the opportunities of the Erasmus+ programme. Enabling the development of professional or pedagogical skills. Managing quality European projects, in a framework of innovation and digital revolution leading to the implementation of quality in Erasmus project management. Promoting the incoming mobility of qualified European professionals in our VET organisations. Developing new partnerships leading to KA2 project implementation.
This project is part of the ongoing development of mobility in the various vocational education and training schools in the region. We have been organising mobilities since 2010, and we would like to pursue our efforts to enable a maximum number of young people in the region to take part in an Erasmus mobility during or after their training. This project was submitted as a continuity and is complementary to a 2018 project (2018-1-FR01-KA102-046130) which was implemented over 2 school years. This 2019 project is just a supplement in order to complete and meet the needs of the VET schools regarding the mobilities carried out in the 2018 project. The objective is to submit new 2020 projects over a single school year, with a mobility balance equal to 0, and thus calmly prepare for the new programme.
