Background

INSUP is a professional training organisation with associative status and has been involved in the implementation of European training projects since 1993. Since 1998, outgoing mobility has been one of the tools used to offer our learners and more recently our staff, the opportunity to train in a professional environment in other European countries. The aim of this project has been to add value to our training offer by enabling our learners to improve their employability, professional, linguistic and intercultural skills during their internships. For more than 20 years, our mobility training offer has enabled us to accompany more than 800 beneficiaries on qualification pathways that go beyond the opportunities available locally, and to contribute to outstanding individual success stories, while expanding the network of partners of our training organisation at international level
