The idea of this project arises from a youth exchange conducted in June 2017 "Mix'Abilities", which included participants with disabilities. During an African dance workshop we observe the effects of this activity. This created a real and profound encounter, an acceptance of oneself and the other, as well as the progression of self-confidence in the group. We therefore propose today a training of youth workers which aims to train the participants in dance movement therapy as a tool for social inclusion, but also to create a mixed group and make it meet and live together. We believe that by living the experiences in a concrete way we evolve and acquire skills sustainably.
