By implementing this project we want to offer a space for youth workers and YPFO (young people with fewer opportunities ) to meet, discuss and work together in order to : - come to a closer understanding of each other - increase Youth Workers’ skills and improving their approach to YPFO. - Increase YPFO’s involvement in their education and participation in society. Through this project we wish to participate in achieving the goals : - of equity and inclusion defined by Erasmus + program. - of reducing the number of people affected or threatened by social exclusion and poverty defined by Erasmus+ program. - of improving the organisation of socio-educational and cultural activities at a European level defined by Key action 1 - - of decreasing school drop-out and increasing European youth enrollment in higher education as defined in Key Action 1 - of improving tolerance and social cohesion from the smallest scale to the european and international scale. - of active citizenship from the smallest to the european scale. The aims of the project are : - To create a meeting space between youth workers and YPFO who are hard to reach due to difficulties they are facing. - to better understand young people with fewer opportunities in their diversity : their needs, interests, wishes and obstacles. - to create, youth workers and YPFO together, quality activities adressed to YPFO.
