"REC EUROPE" is an European Erasmus + Youth Seminar organized by the French NGO MEDIA COMMUN OCCITANIE in partnership with 9 Europeans and local organizations. This European project, KA1 in the frame of non formal-education, will offer the opportunity to meet partners in order to cooperate for active citizenship and inclusion through art and in particular the sound / the radio. This action will to develop a space to exchange tools and goods practices, work experiences in the field of Youth inclusion with fewer opportunities. The seminar will provide to develop our capacity to initiate and organize future transnational projects in the frame of Erasmus + Youth. During this seminar, you will meet European professionals using the tool of social integration and participation of young people. The European Seminar "REC EUROPE" will bring together 21 participants from new European organizations from new European countries.The meeting will take place at the end of August 2019 at IMAJ NGO in Auch. The partners will exchange on different methodologies focus on target communities and actors of a socio-cultural organization. Several collaborative methods will be used to facilitate the exchange of good practices, working methods and experiences thanks to Hands on workshop and Open space methodology in order to develop all future quality and relevant actions. Each participant will be a multiplier of ideas and methods for the benefit of his association, his local network, his target group of the NGO. Our common objectives: - Share and explore good pedagogy practices around art / sound and radio to improve quality and creativity in projects for young people, - Improve skills thanks the possibilities of non-formal education related to artistic activities (sound, radio...) for youth workers, social workers, etc. - Develop our European network in order to connect European youth organizations and stimulate new partnerships and other forms of cooperation (short and long term), - Inform and discover the possibilities of cooperation in the framework of Erasmus + Youth. For 6 days, European team of "REC EUROPE" will reflect on new forms of collaboration and intervention with and for young people. The first day will be devoted to mutual knowledge activities and theoretical input on Erasmus + Youth. During the next two days, we will discuss methods of interventions and exchanges of good practices of each partner. The last two days will aim to gather ideas to enter a dynamic of collaboration, and collectively will be develop new projects and evaluate the seminar. The "Capitalization" of experiences of all participants in the "REC EUROPE" seminar will be used in the valorisation and dissemination phases in order to have a multiplier effect locally and at European level.
