1. Allow the involvement of everyone in the international meeting and the theme chosen : Escalado organized an information meeting on the proposed exchange, its objectives and contents to build. This first step allows young people to measure the investment required for the conduct of the project. The educational approach adopted by the professional team is that of the involvement of young people in the construction of the project. They are force of proposals and actors of the progress of the project. To do this the main teaching techniques used can be: brainstorming, reading and document searches. Everyone must use his personal network, be an actor through an individual and collective research and be able to develop and argue his thoughts. In addition each prepares an individual presentation to be made to the Croats as well as a presentation of France animated in small group. The use of various media is left to the choice of young people for the retransmission and enhancement of their informal learning (background and form, writings, videos, drawings, comics, roadbooks ...). Everyone reflects on the impacts expected for him, for the group, his entourage, his family, Escalado, the city. 2. Promote cultural and intercultural discovery, develop autonomy in everyday life: During the exchange, the young people will share their cultures and knowledge of their respective countries (culinary, playful, sports, traditional, musical, linguistic, societal ...). They will also discover the wealth of the host country (natural environment, history, architecture ...). We will ensure a balance between activity times and rest or free time, and adapt them according to the needs observed. In this context, young people will be able to have free time and will have to respect the framework posed by the facilitators (security) as well as the constraints posed together during the discussions (how much can be moved at least? what use of mobile phone ...) In addition, during the reception of Croats in the summer of 2020, we want to organize an itinerant stay, allowing everyone to invest and participate in community life (organization, needs, expectations, role of each, distributions) stain…) To facilitate cohesion between young Europeans we will set up, daily, games type "energizers" (short, fun and dynamic times) and convivial times. 3. Promote the approach and the involvement of young people * via a strong moment of valorization that will be built by young people in the form of their choice (convivial evening, show, shared meal, exhibition, video ...). Will be invited the local partners Nazaire, the contacts solicited via the actions carried out, the families, the elected officials, the Escalado professionals, the Escalado members from 11 to 15 years old, the financial and elected partners of the city of Saint-Nazaire, CAF ... valorisation will be proposed at the end of the project, end of the year 2020, after the two exchanges. The second stay will also aim to evaluate their investment and motivation for a reception in France, this one allowing the continuity of the approach of cultural opening, understanding of our companies and actions around the theme Rooms and others minorities, focusing on the reception of migrants in our respective countries and in Europe. * Through the YOUTHPASS, each participant will be able to evaluate their learning around the eight key competences proposed by ERASMUS +. * via the Francas Commitment Certificate * via a diversified communication: Escalado website, Escalado official newsletter, update of the FB page ...
