The Regional Federation of Youth Houses and Culture in Midi-Pyrenees (FRMJC) and the Federation of Youth Houses in Belgium (FMJ) are two associations from the popular education movement which federate a network of more than two hundred structures of youth. The two structures develop methodologies that make their network a learning organization through the sharing of knowledge and expertise of the actors and the capitalization of the experiences of each. The FRMJC and the FMJ, in consultation with the actors of their networks, have identified the need to develop actions towards 12/25 years in connection with the following societal issues: digital, sustainable development and the fight against discrimination and the rise of radicalism. In addition, the FRMJC has identified a difficulty for the MJCs of Midi-Pyrénées in setting up international mobility actions for young people. Based on these observations and shared issues, the FRMJC and the FMJ wish to work together to develop the capacity of youth organizations to design a project related to their public and society issues cross them.
