The project "Go out and learn!" is a multilateral youth exchange aimed at the dissemination of non-formal education methods through outdoor activities. The participants from the different countries ( Estonia, Latvia, France, Ukraine, Armenia, Poland and Russia ) will share their knowledge and experience on tools and methods for teaching younger generations in nature. All the participants will work together on how to work in a better way with this methodology in order to achieve better educational goals and how to use these techniques to raise the awareness of the youngsters in various fields. The program of this youth exchange also includes: - The explanation of the basic principles of outdoor education and non-formal education tools, mainly focusing on outdoor events. - Based on the gained experience, increase the motivation and involvement of participants in the organization of education in nature; - Promote a healthy lifestyle and sports; - Increase the inter-cultural competence of the participants and strengthen the relationship between the partner organizations and the youngsters; - To increase the competencies of participating organizations in the use of methods for outdoor education that can be applied in their future work with the youths; - Increase the competence of the participating organizations in the ability to cooperate for the realization of future projects.
