Objectives

The project aims to support European youth in their development, particularly socio-cultural, and to establish a network of sustainable collaboration between young people from Hungary, Poland, Ukraine and France who share the same passion - cinema. Detailed objectives: - to offer young people the opportunity to discover foreign cultures through an international meeting; to acquire an awareness of contemporary Europe through the highlighting of similarities and differences between countries - gathering knowledge on contemporary Europe through intercultural dialogue - implement the project activities in an attractive way by stimulating the creativity and autonomy of the participants. This step is related to the organization of the shootings of each group, so that the participants become familiar with all the steps encountered during the creation of a film (script writing, choice of actors, research of shooting locations, artistic direction, material handling, post-production...) - to make the role of culture in the education of young people of the same age more remarkable; to invite participants to act actively and consciously in cultural life, both locally and internationally. At the local level, participants will have the opportunity to meet Grenoble's cultural actors in order to introduce them to their field of action. - to increase the skills of young people in the field of analysis and creation of cinematographic works, in connection with the organisation of film shoots. - increase the quality of innovative methods of non-formal education in culture - create favourable conditions for the development of young people's autonomy in artistic activities The objectives of the project will be achieved through the animation of favourable actions for reciprocal education between young people from different countries. These activities also aim to reinforce in the minds of European youth the importance of values such as Democracy, Tolerance and Understanding towards different cultures, lifestyles and worldviews. The project will allow young people from the four countries to meet each other, and thus to discover the cultures of other countries, while being a favourable opportunity for them to develop their autonomy in carrying out creative activities. As part of the project, participants will make short films of artistic interest whose themes will revolve around multiculturality. Participation in the project will enable young people to increase their skills in film, their passion, but also to deepen their knowledge on subjects important for contemporary European society by discovering different cultures, customs, lifestyles and by adopting each of European values.
