This project aims to promote cultural diversity and develop emotional intelligence by involving young participants through a common theatrical creation. They will use theater as a means of creation and expression and they will be invited to compose texts and create a show based on their stories, visions and emotions. The animations and shows worked during this exchange will be presented during local events (example forum of the associations in Le Buisson de Cadouin), but will also be the subject of events proposed for the occasion. School children, local residents and associations will participate in these events. The idea is to promote the richness of our diversities and the European spirit and to promote a territory carrying culture. Beyond the transversal objectives of social and local development, intercultural learning and related to the collective life through this project we wish: - Developing youth cultures - Recognize and stimulate cultural diversity - Improve the level of skills and knowledge of young people, including young people with fewer opportunities, to improve their personal development and employability - Encourage active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity - Encourage a better quality of youth work, in particular through enhanced cooperation between partner associations. - Improve awareness and understanding of different cultures and opportunities for networking, active participation in society and development of a sense of European identity. In creating and implementing the project, we will respect and promote European values, and promote pluralism, inclusion, tolerance, equity, solidarity and gender equality. To achieve these objectives, the method used is that of the "project approach", not centered on the activity but on the individual (non-formal education method). The project will be featured on the websites and social media pages of all participating organizations, including a photo diary of the exchange and a video presentation of the activities and final public performance. During the exchange, a Facebook group will be created with news, videos and photos. The Facebook group will remain active after the exchange to serve as a space for active and sustainable interaction between young people.
