The specific objectives of this project were: 1. Improving the competencies of general subject teachers, professional associates and non-teaching staff - by involving its employees in mobility projects, the school gives them the opportunity to improve their skills in a unique way and acquire some competencies that can not be acquired through other forms of professional development. 2. Improving the process of teaching general subject teachers through the use of innovative and creative methods of work - by participating in mobility projects, teachers can learn from colleagues from other schools, share work experiences, gain new ideas and become more creative in the teaching process. 3. Increasing the quality of mobility mobility - in order to improve the quality of mobility of projects we implement, it is necessary to involve members of the school project team in mobility activities (monitoring of work). 4. Improving the international dimension and increasing the visibility of the school - participation in European mobility projects and creating partnerships with European vocational schools makes the school recognizable and competitive.
The participation of students and teachers in mobility projects contributes to the achievement of set goals within the priority areas of improving the work of the school. Through participation in mobility projects we want to increase the teachers`professional competencies, to raise the quality of teaching through the implementation of innovative teaching methods, to develop and improve professional, digital, language, intercultural competencies of students, to offer quality professional development for teachers of vocational and general education subjects. non-teaching staff with the aim of developing and improving professional, organizational, linguistic, digital, managerial and intercultural competences, and to enhance the international dimension of the school through cooperation with European vocational schools. Through the process of self-evaluation, we define the needs of the school and the areas of improving the work of the school. The key needs of the school were detected: 1. improving the quality of teaching 2. improving students' competencies 3. Improving teacher competencies 4.
