With the European Development Plan, we have defined plans and priorities in accordance with the needs of the School. With the successful realization of the European Development Plan of our School, which we state for the forthcoming period, we continue our initiative to create an extremely high quality team of education experts who can be the carriers of change. The needs and goals we have identified have been shaped by three points of the European Development Plan: 1. DEVELOPMENT OF THE PARTICIPANTS SKILLS IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS WITH APPLICATION OF VIRTUAL AND EXPENDED REALITY 2. GAMIFICATION IN LEARNING 3. STRENGTHENING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE TEAM WITH A FOCUS IN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT
We strive for constant and adequate professional training in both the Republic of Croatia and abroad to create a skilled team of employees in a modern school where the student is in the center of the educational process.Therefore, in the spirit of the Curricular Reform and School Life Program, we want to develop the skills of our educational staff through modern methods and innovations in teaching, thus working hard on pupils' skills and on the parent's awareness of choosing modern teaching in the spirit of the time in which we live in when enrolling their child into first grade.
