By the implementation of this project, we wanted to advance the process of teaching and learning. Through cooperation, exchange of opinions and experiences with our colleagues from European schools and organizations, we have created the necessary conditions to improve and develop existing and new curriculum. The mobilities of students promote interdisciplinary learning and enable, with certain financial assets, integration of new technologies in the space of school. Through cooperative activities, with colleagues from other countries, the students and the teachers directly find new knowledges and experiences outside of the textbook.The signs of international activity show that the school is ambitious, willing to prove, willing to acquire new experiences and partnerships. That is how the school fulfills “European” expectations of the students and the teachers. Students` staying abroad and cooperating with companies and schools through Erasmus+ programs,shows that the school is a desirable place for learning and working, and also the European dimension of the school is developing. The implementation of new ways of working increases the rank and status of the school as an institution in the local community and wider. As a school, we want to support our students in acquiring necessary competencies for improving their personal development and their possibilities of getting a job in local and European market labor.
Before this project,we have already finished a few of the student's mobility projects.Carrying out these projects we have noticed how many benefits it brings, not only to our school as a facility,but also to the students who attend it. With the implementation of these projects we wanted our students to acquire contemporary professional competencies which are needed for continuing their education or their quality participation in the labor market,to improve their language competencies and to raise their level of self-confidence and belief in their own abilities. Our goal is that the school as a facility develops existing,and creates new European partnerships.In that way,as we have estimated,the interest of the students with better success who will enroll our school, will be increased(at least 10%),and also the interest of the students who will continue their education on higher education institutions after finishing education in our school,will be increased(at least 10%).Quality students ask increased activity from their teachers, better preparations and new contents in the curriculum.The teachers should adjust their teaching materials,apply new teaching methods in which will they incorporate contemporary technological knowledge.
