This project included the mobility of students from the High School fra Andrija Kačić Miošić on work placement abroad. The School's need for this project arose due to the problem of dislocation or even the lack of adequate facilities for work placements, as well as executing practice with local entrepreneurs and private facilities, with which the school has signed contracts, and they do not have adequate material conditions, do not apply modern technological processes, nor do they possess the necessary pedagogical competences to transfer the skills to students in accordance with the needs of the labor market. Furthermore, professional practice in reality does not create a sufficient advantage in finding future employment, and the knowledge, skills and competences acquired during it do not have a stronger impact on strengthening students' competitiveness on the market. For the above reasons, the School recognized the key need to provide students with richer and more modern teaching content in the profession and better professional practice, which will meet the needs of the labor market, and give students a comparative advantage when being hired.
