Vocational teachers have an insight into the way of working and doing business abroad, and now they can apply this experience in their future work with students and other teachers in the work process. Students of the general care technician/nurse course will transfer the acquired knowledge and professional skills in health care/care to their colleagues through the practice they perform in our retirement homes/healthcare institutions, offices, while students of the physiotherapist/technician course will transfer the acquired skills of physiotherapy assessment of sports and orthopedic patients. in his further work through practice in cabinets. School progress is reflected on several levels; improvement in student competences (professional and general) and indirectly through the acquisition of competences of accompanying teachers in such a way that through this mobility they gained added value in educational and professional competences, they strengthened language competences, the school curriculum received an additional development component, they would develop managerial and organizational competencies of the school management, and the school atmosphere has become more positive and competitive, which, in addition to the new school we moved into, also provides a wealth of knowledge. The school aims to position itself in the local and regional community as a reference center for the education of students, especially because the general care nurse/general care medical technician program is organized according to the European directive (and we hope that this will happen soon with the interest in physiotherapeutic technician who guarantees students that upon completion of the program they will be professionally competent and recognized in the European Union.
through many years of pedagogical work in the implementation of the theoretical and practical part of the Vocational Curriculum for the profession of General Care Nurse/General Care Medical Technician and Physiotherapist Technician/Physiotherapist Technician, they came to the realization that some contents of the curriculum must be supplemented and upgraded by the teachers themselves, and the need to create new professional skills. And only Project Teaching through ERASMUS + opens up and offers us the opportunity to offer students vocational content that is not sufficiently represented in formal education, and is of exceptional importance for the benefit of the community and the future professional engagement of students at multiple levels. This is the main reason for our application. Our goal is to study together with colleagues from the EU and offer our students new current knowledge in medicine and rehabilitation.
