This project was intended to additionally contribute to the development of lifelong education programs in a wide spectrum - from the design of educational programs, teaching methods, to the overall management of this area of activity. During 2017-18 we realized, through the project 2017-1-HR01-KA104-035266, a series of activities participation in seminars and job shadowing in cooperation with the partner organization InDialogue. The program proved to be very useful for our needs and purposes, and was implemented very successfully. However, the 3 seminars we attended are only a smaller part of the whole cycle. Therefore, we agreed and applied for this project which would complete the program of key seminars and other complementary activities (job shadowing). This project aims were to really raise to a higher level abilities and capabilities of the trainers of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Split - the Center for lifelong learning in the design and implementation of the activities presented above.
