Objectives

Using visuals as a method of communication dates back in the prehistory, when the earliest civilizations used petroglyphs, geoglyphs and canvasses on cave walls to picture daily events, stories, beliefs and deliver educational content to community members. As young people are mostly visual thinkers, we have identified the need to improve the quality of delivering educational content that will be more understandable for the young learners. Today the common belief of young people is that you have to be an artist in order to draw. “The art of visuals” is a training course designed for youth workers, facilitators and trainers in non-formal education to prove that everyone can draw. The main aim of the project is to teach youth workers in using graphics and visual content as a learning tool and find out the methods to apply it in the youth work in their communities. The modern visual facilitation is a method for delivering knowledge that can help learners understand the information easier and help youth workers to increase the quality of implementation of youth mobility projects within the frames of Erasmus+ youth projects.
