As the financial crisis which started in 2008. is officialy done and more and more entreprenurship ideas are going to funding procedure but at the same time we have a lot of young people who have ideas but who are afraid to start bussiness and who actually dont have opportunity to learn about how to start enterprise and make their own companies and bussinesses, we decided to prepare this project. This project will at first educate youth workers and led them from the project idea to different analysis, plans, bussiness cycles in order to do learning by doing but also as participants on this project will be youth workers and leaders from partner organizations at the second level it will led young people from their local communities and it will create opportunities for those young people who dont have opportunity to learn about bussiness and to develop their knowledge and skills related with entrepreneurship to participate in the local activities which will be organized in their local communities after main activity of this project in order for youth workers to transfer what they gained during the training course on young people in their local communities. Also, one of the main reasons why we decide to prepare this project and why we want to implement it is that in countries who are involved in this project, unemployment rate is the highest in Europe which means that young people in other countries who already have low unemployment level have neccesary education related with bussiness and they have better approach to information and to job market, while young people in our countries, regardless on development of the country in general, very often dont have that kind of education neither through formal education, neither through non formal education. In order to make organizations involved in this project able to organize education about entrepreneurship for young people, we decided to gathered 31 participants from 9 different countries on one place and through different workshops which will be provided by 2 trainers who working for last 5 years in this field, supported by 2 support staff who are involved in our organizations and already have experience with Erasmus+ projects and by numerous number of guests, entrepreneurs, bussiness angels and representatives of employment office transfer knowledge, skills and attitudes on participants in order to develop their key competences related with entrepreneurship and taking initiative and give them methods, tools and experience how to go from theory to practice in order to transfer everything what they gain on this project on their participants in future activities and through that empower young people to take initiative and start to work more on their entrepreneeurship ideas. Objectives of this project are: - raise employment of young people on national and international level which is also related with Europe 2020. Strategy - reduce the number of people, especially young people who are experiencing social exclusion and have fewer opportunities - put attention on individual empowerment of youth workers and subsueqently on young people in their local communities in order to empower them to take initiatives needed for development of entrepreneurship (ET 2020.) - equalization of opportunities for young people in all involved countries regardless on level of development of the country or on the fewer opportunities with which are young people very often faced in involved countries - promotion and support of international and intercultural learning - promotion of non formal learning and improvement of non formal learning methods but also of learning by doing process - modernisation of non formal learning through usage of different tools and methods - creating new international opportunities for young poeple, especially with Erasmus+ programme The main issues which we detect in preparation of this project are: - high level of unemployment, especially of young people and especially of those with fewer opportunities - lack of entrepreneurship education and old education curicula in involved countries - gap between education opportunities in rural and urban areas - lack of educated youth workers who will work on entrepreneurship topic in their NGOs - lack of access to information, especially for young people with fewer opportunities - lack of knowledge and skills for runing initiatives between young people - lack of cooperation between public and real sector
