The specific objectives of this project were: 1. Getting acquainted with new equipment and technologies in the profession and getting acquainted with a different organization of work, through performing practical traininge in specialized workshops and participating in classes at a partner school 2. Introduction to the cultural and historical heritage of the host country 3. Improving social and communication skills and language competencies 4. Encouraging the development and improvement of transversal skills: critical thinking, taking initiative, problem solving and participation in teamwork 5. Popularization of crafts and professional occupations
The participation of students and teachers in mobility projects contributes to the achievement of set goals within the priority areas of improving the work of the school. Through participation in mobility projects we want to: 1. increase the teachers` competencies to work with students 2. raise the quality of teaching through the implementation of innovative teaching methods, 3. develop and improve students' digital, language, intercultural competencies 4. offer quality professional development for VET teachers in order to improve their professional, linguistic, digital, managerial and intercultural competencies 5. enhance the international dimension of the school through cooperation with European vocational schools Through the process of self-evaluation, we adopt a school development plan in which we define the needs of the school and the areas of improving the work of the school. As the key needs of the school were detected: 1. improving the quality of teaching 2. improving students' competencies 3. Improving teachers` competencies 4. Improving the European dimension of the school 5. increasing the recognizability of the school and improving enrollment results
