Objectives

Vocational curricula do not always follow the latest innovations in the fields of given professions.Through this project we want to encourage changes and innovation of vocational curricula that meet the needs of the labor market through training /education of teaching and non-teaching staff.Students would improve their knowledge in the fields of pneumatics, logistics and forwarding, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and robotics.Mobility participants would improve their language competences by communicating in English with mentors and peers in schools and businesses. Other aims include widening cultural horizons, and bolstering the sense of belonging to the EU by learning about the customs and traditions of the partner countries, all of which contributes to the development of interculturality and the internationalization of the school; connecting the school with foreign partners, promoting our school, culture and the country in general and achieving cooperation in which TŠSB would act as a recipient organization; acting on policy changes to support innovative and sustainable development of vocational education. Dissemination and use of project results would be achieved at local, regional, national and European level.
