By implementing the project, we aimed at developing the digital competences of our school leaders and teachers, discover and adapt good practices of digital education and create our Digital Strategy. The other objective was to enhance the conflict prevention and management skills of our school leaders and staff, to develop the inclusion of students with special needs and create and introduce a Conflict Management and Peer Mediation protocol. As the adequate English language skills of staff members is inevitable for our international connections, improving these skills was also among our objectives.
Our secondary school, Közgazdasági Politechnikum, introduced the comprehensive use of digital methods and tools at lessons in the school year 2019-2020. For this innovation, we wanted to discover good practices, new methods and experiences throughout Europe. Furthermore, we intended to strengthen our conflict resolution and peer mediation practice, the inclusion of students with special needs and the English language competences of our teachers.
