We would have liked to renew our traditional programme guide in order to provide a wide range of learning opportunities for our students.. We expected tour colleagues to acquire new knowledge, and to be able to expand our institution’s extracurricular programmes with new themes. We would have liked to implement institutional projects in which teachers new to our school and those already teaching for a longer time work together in cooperation. We expected the sharing of knowledge and innovation from the work of these teams in order to create intellectual products that support learning. One of our greatest achievements which we are very proud of is the school’s educational path. This natural environment requires regular maintenance and constant development. Our colleagues were encouraged to think together about ways to develop creative space. We aimed to have more teachers involved in cooperational work. Our aim was for the teachers and students to feel that the school is a space suitable for the practical application of theoretical knowledge, problem solving and creativity, and also to implement collaborations. Connecting online and offline spaces was also considered as a challenge to find new ways of learning for our students.
Enriching the institutional competence set was the focus of our application. Our school is an Accredited Excellent Talent Point, our talent areas are the following: language, physical kinaesthetic, environmental, inter- and intrapersonal. Our main strength is having been able to achieve considerable successes in the field of complex talent management. We would have liked to transform individual, good practices present in our school into institutional-level activities, and support the cooperation of teachers from all generations. We hoped that due to European mobilities traditional learning support programs would be renewed, the range of programmes would be expanded, more teachers would become dedicated, and new collaborations within the institution would be realized. We also focused on the well-being of teachers, we wanted to prevent burnout, overload and leaving the field. Our strategic goal was to make large school projects equally accessible to all classes in our training offer (classes with language sections, eco-minded and elite athletes classes). To implement this institutional concept we needed the teachers' knowledge and skills to be enriched, and we counted on teachers who took the initiative to implement the common cause
