The aim is to make the work of current vocational training staff more effective, to share their tasks more accurately and efficiently, and to learn modern techniques that work well at international level. To familiarise themselves with the structure of German vocational training, the centres of practical placement, and to gain an insight into the practical training, language classes and the professional and pedagogical work carried out there. They will learn new methods and good practices to be more effective in their daily work. To make students more motivated to pursue their profession and to encourage them to complete their studies, thus reducing early school leaving and early or unskilled school leaving. Another aim of learning mobility is to introduce recent graduates to the world of work and to increase the general knowledge of all students in the workplace.
We wanted to deepen the relationship with our existing partners and give more colleagues and students the opportunity to learn good practices abroad, gain professional experience and develop. We were also able to incorporate good practice from previous projects into our everyday work and wanted to gain experience in other areas. In addition, we were very satisfied with the Italian partner, because they gave the students professional and labour market knowledge that they could apply at home. With the project opportunity, both colleagues and students are motivated to work and learn better.
