We applied for this project in order to develop the linguistic, professional, entrepreneurial, digital and personal competence of the participants in addition to learning the ideals of European citizenship. Thanks to the short-term mobility of vocational students, they gained insight into the operation of a foreign company in practical workplaces, thus improving their entrepreneurial skills. In the school environment, we cannot provide the milieu that is characteristic of the hospitality of individual nations. Tourism students took part in real-life situations in solving specific professional tasks. During the project, the students' independence developed, there was no parental support for everyday issues. They learned to adapt to the expectations of a multicultural environment.During the professional training of the Employees abroad, the teachers got to know the tourism industry of Spain, as a leading country in tourism.
