Basically, we have identified three areas for improvement. We considered it important to expand the international relations we had with the new French partners and to further strengthen our existing cooperation with the Polish vocational school, with which we have been training each other's students for years. Establishing the relation with the new partners was successful, and since then our school has hosted nearly 30 French vocational training leaders and practical education leaders, and we have also organized factory visits for them. In Hungary special attention has recently been paid to participants in vocational training. Our intention is to raise the standard of our professional training by applying more innovative, newer methods and practices in our teaching. The newly gained experience and the methodological refreshment of the teachers help to motivate the students and also to train studnets who are committed to the profession. It has definitely enriched our teachers and students with the knowledge of foreign education systems, vocational training, the practice of dual training, and the knowledge of the work at companies. The development of language competencies is essential in today's world, and VET workers and learners must be encouraged to do so, as they will experience the need to know at least one foreign language in such a professional project. Especially something they can do in Europe. We wanted to strengthen their need for language learning and also to make participants more open, accepting and adaptable.
In this application, we saw the potential that allows both our students and teachers to gain the kind of professional experience abroad, with the help of which we have the opportunity to improve the professional training in our institution. In addition to expanding the professional knowledge of our students, our goal was to deepen their motivation and commitment to their profession. In the case of our vocational teachers, we saw an opportunity to learn about the good practices and methods used in vocational training abroad, and to gain experience, giving new motivation to their work, and incorporating them into their activities at home to a higher level. We believed that the project will also help to increase the willingness of our institution to innovate, to make both students and teachers more open and inclusive to new experiences, which will have a positive effect on schooling. Being a suburban school, we have students living in the most difficult circumstances. With the help of the project, we were able to provide them with an opportunity to gain an insight into their daily lives and culture, in addition to their professional work in other countries. It was also an excellent opportunity for both students and vocational teachers to realize that they need to know at least one foreign language in order to thrive more easily and increase their chances of finding a job. With the help of our existing and new foreign relations, we saw the implementation of the program we planned.
