-the professionalism involved in the trainings is increasing - the human resource base and the competencies of the employees are strengthened - co-operation between employees increases, learning from each other, which contributes to raising the standard of training - teachers and trainers can incorporate the methods learned in connection with the project and the completed teaching aids into their daily work, thus increasing the standard of training - what is learned abroad can be integrated into the professional curriculum as a professional as a professional foreign language subject - foreign mobility projects are becoming more popular, the need to participate in internships abroad is growing, more colleagues are involved in the work of the international project - the connection with the host organizations is deepened, new institutions are also connected to the network (e.g. new host workplace, professional organization) - the prestige of the institution is growing, the possibility of gaining professional experience abroad is an aspect of enrolment - more mobility students complete their health teacher training
We wanted to implement the project in order to contribute to the achievement of the institutional goal of increasing the number of students completing part of their professional training abroad by 1-1% per academic year (foreign language, professional, personal, digital, entrepreneurial, intercultural), to contribute to the successful acquisition of a profession and to the provision of a skilled, competitive workforce through the development of social competences). As the profession of nurse is in short supply and Europe's population is demographically aging (this is a long-term trend), the international goal is to train a well-educated generation of young nurses who want to deal with the elderly and pass on their mobility competencies in home training.
