The aim of the project was to develop the foreign language and professional skills of the participants, which was successfully realized as a result of the participation in the English working language professional program. As a result of the study period spent in an international environment, our students' intercultural competences, openness and tolerance towards other cultures also strengthened. By the end of the mobility period, the students became more independent and confident. Their professional knowledge also expanded significantly, so they became more committed to their profession. With the project, we also wanted to encourage the recognition of informal and non-formal acquired knowledge in our school. The Europass Mobility Certificate issued to the students also served to recognize what they had learned.
Within the project, our most important goal was to maintain and increase the number of students at our institution, to reduce the dropout rate of our students, to help them to aquire modern knowledge according to the labour market needs. For us, it is important to meet the expectations of foreign employers, who expect the following competences from career starters: modern practical knowledge, ablitiy to work independently and also in a group, openness, self-confidence, self-discipline, relationship-building ability, responsibility, language skills. We wanted to have student groups who can perform well in an other country, develop professional and language skills, and able to use what they have experienced. We had a successful project management team, we were able to learn, accept, and incorporate new methods into the education system, to improve our pedagogical competencies.
