Objectives

The aim of the internships abroad and the aim of our institution is to broaden the students 'horizons, strengthen the need for lifelong learning in them, motivate them for further development in their profession, develop students' foreign language competence, and develop something interpersonal, intercultural. , social, entrepreneurial, learning learning competencies. In this way, we can reduce dropouts, and interoperability increases with long-term collaborations. Our goal was to balance the potential failures that students gained through theoretical education and to provide a positive experience of the practical work experience gained during the program, while bringing hidden theoretical knowledge into students ’lives. Participation in the exercises gives students confidence and a sense of success. The program also plays a major role in catching up in talent care and can be a barrier to early school leaving. After all, with their positive experiences, students will be much more attached to the profession and the school, they will be more motivated to learn the theoretical curriculum at home, so they can obtain a successful graduation certificate and successfully complete the professional exam

Background

The aim of the internship abroad is to broaden students 'horizons, strengthen their need for lifelong learning, motivate them to further develop their profession, to develop students' foreign language, interpersonal, intercultural, social, entrepreneurial learning competencies. The benefits are: drop-out due to motivation and increased interoperability between institutions in different cultures / countries / systems in the context of long-term collaborations. As a result, it will be much easier for our students to integrate into the workplace in the future. In order to operate the dual training preferred in the Hungarian vocational training system, the school needs collaborations, the experiences we see at our partners, eg the educational, work organization and environmentally conscious guidelines applied by the Germans and the Spanis. Essential for a hospitable student: confident action, professional humility combined with patience, language and expertise. It is important for professional colleagues to be aware of the professional innovations they have learned during mobility, in order to minimize the difference between what is taught and what is required in the workplace.
