As ICT needs and pressing civil sector issues are changing instantly, we believe that continuous amendment and an ongoing learning process is necessary to keep the skills updated and reflecting the most relevant needs of the social sector. Nonprofit Information and Training Center Foundation (NIOK) is one of the leading organisations in “Tech for Social Good” sector in Hungary in which we believe that we can change the world for better with the widespread use of technology. To facilitate digital transformation and development ICT usage among CSOs we are constantly open and eager to strengthen our internal capacities. As an increasing number of our team members take part in our educational activities and we experience an increase in demand for our learning programmes we wanted to equip our staff with competencies to deliver quality and innovative adult education programmes to learners from NGOs.
