During our project, our objectives in the field of European mobility and cooperation were the following: 1. Competence development - development of the methodological competencies of our trainers - developing the competencies of our adult students (training participants). 2. Ensuring a competitive advantage in the domestic trainer training market - increasing the satisfaction of our customers (adult students). - introducing new methodologies and novelties to the domestic market 3. Getting to know the good practices of foreign trainers 4. Establishing collaborations with foreign institutions 5. All this is helped by the development of the competences of adult students who take part in trainings implemented by our trainers.
The Antener Training Center has an adult training license and has been operating continuously for 14 years this year. Antener is based in Debrecen and a leading training provider in the field of company training. Our main training areas were language training and various soft skills training; but we have opened our Trainer Training and Coach Training programs to the public and we continue them within the framework of licensed adult training. Our institution is licensed for adult education as an institution, it has extensive experience in the field of quality adult education. The aim of this project was to provide our trainers with the opportunity to participate in further training opportunities during which they can incorporate the acquired knowledge into their own work. to expand with knowledge acquired during participation.
