Project Purpose and Reason for Implementation: 1. The purpose of our Youth Exchanges was to make the participating youth feel closer to the for-profit and nonprofit enterprises, to be able to approach the topic professionally, to increase the entrepreneurial spirit, and to be able to start and succeed one's own business independently if already his idea and opportunity or his own hobby added! 2. In our project, we have become part of a learning process that will have a future generating effect on our future projects. In our future initiatives, we will be even more successful with the experience of this project and using our expanded knowledge base, and we will be able to carry out similar projects in collaboration with other organizations in a more creative, innovative way. 3. Motivate them to work in the community, to work together in the team, as experience is exchanged and there is a good chance of learning from each other. 4. Participation of young people and active citizenship in the European Union. The Youth Exchange draws attention to the role of intercultural communication and encourages participants to share and exchange each other's experiences. The project focuses on developing responsible behavior, and we dare to express our opinions and share our thoughts with others, and dare to act with positive feedback. 5. We pay special attention to the elements of the program that one of the most important questions to be answered in the case of starting an enterprise is the problem that the enterprise solves.
