Objectives

The main purpose of our project is to increase the capacity of the association. Our association was founded in 2014 and operates in a small village. We would like our scope to extend to the county as a minimum, but to the whole country as well. We do great things, but we do not really know how to get out of the settlement. How can we get to more people, schools and other NGOs? How can we winsupporters for the matter we represent? How can we promote our activity as broadly as possible? How can we reach educational institutions and work with them to help students develop more effectively with our non-formal education methods? We want to get all of this experience from our foreign friends. Our two main areas of activity are robotics and board games, which helps developing problem-solving thinking for children. Our Turkish partner from Izmir has studied robotics from us 1 year ago and since then their school has gone through incredible development. They collaborate with the University of Istanbul and many schools. We want to learn how to build such effective relationships with public institutions and other levels of education in such a short time. We have the knowledge that we were glad to share with them. Now they share their marketing knowledge with us. We would like to send 4 colleagues for the purpose of gaining experience. There is also a lot of successful students at domestic level in the field of draughts. Here is also our problem that we cannot get to the schools. We would like to promote the board games throughout Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county because it can be very effective in developing a number of competences, so we would also like to visit Izmir with 4 staff members to see how the Turkish draughts association teaches the international draughts in schools. We would also like to exchange experiences with them, look at their training materials, how to build thematics for students of different ages. During the project we plan 2 professional study trips. Visiting the Turkish Draughts Association in Izmir. We want to gain experience from the association on how they can work with public education institutions, educate draughts in the institutions, and what thematics to use for different age groups. Our goal is to promote draughts and provide the supply. To this end, 3 associates visit the Turkish association. The leader of the association is to become familiar with the negotiation bases and techniques with schools and try to adapt them to our organization. The task of the 3 staff members is to familiarize themselves with the detailed teaching topic and methodology for each age group. They are doing weekly work with the students of our association. After the trial and implementation, the experience is shared with other associations of the Hungarian Federation of Draughts Players. The president begins negotiations with public education institutions to institutionalize the teaching of draughts and suggests preparing teachers for the education. There are also 4 staff members from the Lego Robot sector who visit Manisa at the Salihli Kudret Demir Ortaokulu School. At school, we aim to get acquainted with marketing activities, the school's robotic group became known throughout Turkey over the last six months. Collaboration has been developed with the University of Istanbul and their trainings are used by a number of teachers. We want to create a social enterprise that can help fund the operation and the competition of this section. For this, our colleagues visit them, take part in discussions an lessons, familiarize themselves with the institution's marketing and communication strategy plan and try to develop our own organization.
