Main objectives, issues and needs of our youth exchange are to improve solidarity, acceptance, tolerance and inclusion among young people. Our youth exchange underlines that through listening, understanding and accepting each other’s opinions, we can make one step closer towards looking for mutual compromises, which is the basis of solidarity, acceptance, tolerance and inclusion. We want to increase active participation of young people by giving them the possibility to organize workshop, international night and encourage them to get actively involved in their local community. The project also aims to develop young people’s key competences such as social and civic competence, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression, learning to learn, communication in foreign languages, and helps promoting intercultural learning by raising participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries and offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts. Our project is open for young people with fewer opportunities, since we foster equal opportunities for disadvantaged young people from different backgrounds. Support the professional development of organizations and youth workers who work in education, training and youth with a view to innovating and improving the quality of teaching, training and youth work across Europe is also an important factor of our exchange. We promote non-formal learning and cooperation between organizations and aim to attract more young people to E+ projects.
