The main goal is to find new, individual and community solutions based on young people's opinions, own experiences in order to fit into society despite their multiple disadvantaged situation (living in a children's home, a minority situation arising from Roma identity, including belonging to a female minority) use the democratic institutions at their disposal. The aim of the Youth Exchange is that the participants exchange experiences in the form of dialogues, workshops, joint evaluations and group exercises, project planning, and occasionally structured exercises during the program. The goal is to create a complex image by processing multiple subtopics, and to understand the different aspects of equal opportunities in a more nuanced way, thus giving individual responses to their problems.
