The origin of the project is a personal encounter between two 13-year-olds from Norway and Hungary. After the meeting, common thinking started between the two organisations on the implementation of this exchange, where the tool is the storytelling, theatre performance and the topic of combating climate change, while the motivation of the participating organisations is the early involvement of the youth in the E + programme, to become active citizens of Europe through their active engagement. The sense of belonging together is an integral part of their personal development. The objectives of the project: - Fighting climate change: Young people can get acquainted with the basic concepts of climate change during the exchange, learn about the measures, methods already in place in each other's country, and present their views on the subject with creative methods, including recycling as an example to follow. - Becoming an active citizen at a young age: Participants will learn about expressive tools and channels where they can make their their voices heard on the issues they are interested in, which is the climate change within this project. - Developing the competences of young people: The young people involved are the youngest possible participants in the project, so organisations want to focus on developing their competences through activities and and non-formal learning. We hope that, as a result of the project, many of them will also appear as participants and later as applicants in the E + programme.
