The main goal of our project called VEKTOR 2019 is to find solutions for youth for their problems in the work field. We achieve this goal by an activity about self-knowledge. The Youth Exchange is held in Szarvas, Hungary with 4 partners (FINE Alapítvány - Hungary, Máréfalvi Rozetta Ifjúsági Egyesület - Romania, Jókai Mór Diákkör - Slovakia, Vajdasági Ifjúsági Fórum - Serbia) for 12 young people from each country and 10 group leaders altogether. Within the topic of self-knowledge we created a theme about Superheroes which includes non-foraml and informal learning methods. This way the young people can teach and learn form each other about the work field, also can create their goals in their life as well as getting to know each other’s cultures. This way they increase their social inclusion, sense of initiative, and tolerance towards each other.
