Objectives

The original goal of the project was the continuation of a KA2 Erasmus grant previously implemented by our institution with Portuguese coordination, which involved the processing of labor market questions and problems by students. The project, i.e. the draft of the youth exchange, was closely related to the older KA2 school project, represented a synergy between the two types of work, expanded the level of the target groups, increased the dissemination activity, and multiplied the impact of both projects. During the planning process, it was clear that no stage or work content of KA2 would be repeated by the KA1 project, but that this youth initiative was planned as a chain of youth conferences, and the participating young people became trainees in the subjects they had already studied. The plan originally created an innovative youth exchange structure system, a kind of trial run, real experience management, an exchange of ideas among young people, where the Hungarian students will pass on the drama pedagogy methods they learned during the older KA2 application, and the Italians will pass on the business simulation methods they learned. Meanwhile, the student groups from both countries learned how to summarize and transfer knowledge, present information, and how to use non-formal and informal training elements in order to achieve learning. With this partnership background, we planned the project with the following goals and objectives. Today it is a basic requirement of the labor market that the employee thinks on a more globalized European level in order to become a qualified professional in any job. Travel, international exchange of ideas, and the collection of foreign internships and work experiences are of fundamental importance. Preparation for the globalized labor market only makes sense in a transnational environment. The main objectives of the project at the transnational level were the following: 1. Improving the level of entrepreneurial key competencies and skills. 2. Becoming an entrepreneur, the learning process. 3. Approaching the transnational-global labor market, with international cooperation. 4. Strengthening the sense of European consciousness and activity. 5. Implementation of real information flow and exchange of ideas from two different national contexts. The goals formulated specifically for Hungarian students were the following: 1. Expanding general labor market knowledge acquired during the KA2 project with specific business knowledge. 2. Examining business establishment methods and possibilities. 3. Preparation of needs assessments, business plans, financial plans and operational plans. 4. Modeling: possible risk situations and business actions, reactions with company simulation games. 5. Learning visual marketing techniques and the ICT programs they require. 6. Planning to create your own sole proprietorship or small business. 7. Creating virtual workshops that simulate how to build cooperation with partners at national and European level. 8. Forming an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, encouraging the planning of start-up ideas, and modeling how to work with the basic elements and roles of a small business. 9. Repetition and memorization of the drama pedagogic methods, role-plays, situational games, which identify the valuable attitudes of the participants when navigating the future labor market. The goals set for the Italian students were: 1. Strengthening awareness of the participants' valuable attitudes and skills that can be used in entrepreneurial activities. 2. Shaping a personal vision - learning self-identification and self-management techniques with the help of training elements that help to recognize one's own personal values, strengths, and advanced abilities, as well as the development of competencies necessary for more successful navigation in the labor market. 3. Modeling conflict situations with exciting role-plays. 4. Pairing business ideas with personal skills and attitudes with the help of drama pedagogy. 5. Repetition and memorization of the learned information of business plan simulations. The goals set for each participant were as follows: 1. Helping entrepreneurs by examining the possibilities of individual entrepreneur status. 2. Collecting and generating initial ideas personally. 3. Improving the level of key competences and skills, with particular regard to their relevance, the labor market, the status of sole proprietors and small businesses. 4. To repeat and memorize the important information that will be used again and again during entrepreneurial activity. 6. Learning to summarize information, developing the ability to understand and filter. 7. Learning to condense and present a large amount of knowledge. 8. How to handle presentations, how to make knowledge interactive and enjoyable. 9. Learning the basics of informal and non-formal training elements with the help of mentors.
