Objectives

We would like to achieve that at least 60% of the graduate students studying in the professional bachelor's degree have some kind of practical training experience abroad, of at least 4 weeks, recorded in Europass, related to the training for obtaining the first vocational qualification, or in a real work environment. Vocational training is becoming more and more international, the cooperation between our institution, the vocational teachers, and the actors of the economy is increasing, the advantages of which our institution also wants to apply and take advantage of in the long term. We would like to implement continuous exchange programs, reception of foreign students, competitions and talent development programs, by organizing individualized work programs. We also want to give our employees the opportunity to participate in continuous and regular national and international programs. Ensuring and developing long-term participation in national and international mobilities as a sending and receiving institution. Further expansion of partner institution relations.

Background

Our goal is to provide a continuously developing vocational training background that meets the needs of the changing national and international labor market, including the need and conditions for lifelong learning. Our aim is to further develop and reform our own vocational training through international cooperation, thereby increasing the competitiveness of its students on the national and international labor market. At the same time, the mobility of instructors and students, getting to know other cultures and lifestyles also carries a cultural mission for us. Our goal is also to provide our colleagues and students with up-to-date knowledge and continuous professional renewal by involving the actors of the economy, involving representatives of external internship sites, so that they get to know new technologies, methods, and partners and thus become better, more motivated, and more qualified professionals. Our goal is to train better, more self-confident students who can stand their ground in the international labor market, which is possible through the continuous training of our students and staff through the adoption and familiarization of new methods and good practices. Since the number of disadvantaged students is increasing, we consider it very important to provide these students with the opportunity to participate in mobility.
