Our most important objective is to release employees with usable language skills to the labor market in addition to professional knowledge. With the appearance of Generation “Z” and the introduction of complex training, the number of students who drop out and fail has increased dramatically. All of this highlighted need for continuous innovation in our vocational training, adapted to the needs of the given age group. It is no longer enough to get to know the domestic culture, as both the teaching materials and the expectations require a wider range of information from our instructors and students. For us, the ERASMUS+ mobilities make it possible for our students and colleagues to get to know European culture and practice a foreign language in a native language environment. In order to acquire professional knowledge as widely as possible, we support our students and instructors in learning about domestic and international trends, which helps them strengthen their competencies. We managed to achieve our goal in the 2019-2022 project, as we provided the opportunity for professional development for all participants with the mobilities.
The Zwack József Technical and Vocational Training School has been actively participating in ERASMUS+ projects for many years. As a result of our successful Certificate Application in 2016, we submitted our winning applications with a Mobility Certificate from 2017 too. The institution has been a high quality player in secondary education in Békés County for several decades, despite the demographic decline with an unchanged number of students. In the framework of international collaborations, we provide our students with opportunities for professional internships abroad and a wider field of vision. Teaching Generation Z encourages us to constantly update our training offer and its content, taking into account the principles of the Vocational Training 4.0 strategy. That's why we adapt the "good practices" that suit us not only domestically, but also internationally. The vocational training innovation process is supported by our internationalization strategy, in which we involve foreign institutions and business organizations with the help of ERASMUS+. We continuously support the participation in ERASMUS+ projects of colleagues who want to expand their knowledge and professional insight through mobilities.
