Our main goal was the professional development of our students and teachers in our vocational training. The goal for our students was to acquire new methods, new tools and modern technologies that are little or not known in Hungary. We considered the methodological development and getting to know the different training systems to be the most important for our teachers. Another important expected result for both target groups was the strengthening of foreign language motivation, especially English. We also expected our groups to be able to integrate into the work on site, to invent themselves in the local community.
Since 2006, we have been consciously integrating the various EU Lifelong Learning programs into our vocational training system. As we have already experienced the benefits of mobility applications in recent years, we thought we would still like to take advantage of the project. Another motivating reason was that we are engaged in long-term cooperation and professional development with some of our partners in various areas (industrial and building automation applications, KNX android system), which we have full filled yet.
