Objectives

We wished to give opportunity to Trainers from Mid West to expand their knowledge so they can improve the quality and efficiency of education and training. the application was based on 15 mobilities planned across five agreed areas: Priority #1: Curriculum Development in Family Systems Education Priority #2: Curriculum Development in Social Education. Priority #3: Development of Trainer Competence in Facilitating Experiential Education: Priority #4: Curriculum Development for SHEP’s Health & Wellbeing Priority #5: Curriculum Development for SHEP’s Effective Communication for Better Relationships

Background

The key rationale for this project is that we are now engaged in a formal expansion of our programme to the Mid West, have a new team of SHEP Trainers and Tutors in place (after a number of years training) and wish to support their continued development through this region-focussed KA1 proposal
