Project activities will include active research and reporting as well as interaction with local young people, the authorities and the wider community. There will be a strong element of dissemination throughout the project, with good visibility for Erasmus+. The project will also promote intercultural learning through all its activities. All participants will be with fewer opportunities, defined as geographical, cultural, economic and social. The project methodology is non-formal learning. Most activities are based out and about in the city and surrounding areas, with daily review sessions focusing on the 8 Youthpass competences. In particular, there will be an emphasis on Learning to Learn, which will give the participants the best chance to exploit the results of their experience as they move from school to higher education or employment: they will also have an appetite for further international activities, and understand the value of these. The impact on participants will be increased self-confidence, greater understanding of other cultures, awareness of civic issues, and competence development across the categories envisaged by Youthpass. The project partners will benefit from a stronger relationship leading to further projects of this kind, some of which will also be related to our KA2 partnership. The wider impact will be visibility and dissemination of the project results and Erasmus+ in general.
