As mentioned above - to obtain ideas into successful developments and implementation of measures linked to the four main areas. Support policy development through common learning and networking. Support the lifelong learning of ETSC staff.
KA1 Erasmus study visits have been of great value for the ETSC through the years. A very successful implementation of the last project led to further developments of methods and tools and increased stakeholder involvement and support. That is the work we wanted to continue with in this project. The focus was on four main areas: 1) The ideology and processes for having active processes in place through cooperative efforts based on a competence strategy - visit to Westum in Sweden. (COVID effected) 2) Development of curricula based on job profiles as conducted within the National Occupational Standards in the UK, possibly in the Nordic countries since Brexit was taking place at the time of application. (COVID effected) 3) Development of career guidance with a focus on the set up of digital guidance to support further developments of the website Næsta skref in Iceland (www.næstaskref.is). Norway is in the lead in many ways in this regards and has prepared thoroughly a set up of Utdanning.no which was visited. (Conducted in autumn 2019) 4) Exploring how Kompetanse Norway works with statistics linked to adult education in Norway - to support ETSC data gathering and analysis of results to base further developments on.
