The Project OK2020 has a strategic value for achieving the general objectives of the LA FAbbrica del Sapere, as it has allowed the acquisition of skills designed to have lasting effects on the functioning of the organization both at an organizational and operational level. In particular, these skills will serve to: - increase cooperation between education, training and work - increase the ability to access European funds and ensure a greater impact of projects - promote quality, innovation, excellence, internationalization for education and trainining - integrate transparency and recognition tools - disseminate good practices - to foster cooperation between European partners in the field of education and training Vocational (VET); - make the European VET system more attractive. Another goal that with the Covid has slowed down is to make the departures of young people in the area systematic. This activity has already been carried out and implemented but not in a systematic way, now it is a question of making it continuous and sustainable by finding different sources of funding (ESF +, Youth Guarantee, Erasmus Plus, etc.) in order to make it easier to send and training of young people abroad.
The Fabbrica del Sapere has submitted an application for the project in order to create, develop and disseminate skills, professionalism and culture at a territorial, national and European level, through the proactive involvement of young people by promoting their employability, in particular by carrying out activities that favor development of skills and abilities through non-formal education; promoting their accountability within society and their participation in decision-making processes; promoting their personal, socio-educational and professional development in Europe, contributing to their development at national and European level; promoting intercultural learning, respect for diversity, the values of solidarity, equal opportunities and social inclusion.
